Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
We offer individualized Service Level Agreements to customers that would like to save money on our hourly rates and services by contracting a set minimum number of hours per week or month. SLAs are great for companies who want regular monitoring and service, without the overhead of a full time IT staff. Currently our SLAs are offered to customers wishing to contract a minimum of 10 hours per month. The savings value will be calculated depending on the total number of contracted hours in the SLA.

Before an individualized SLA can be created, one or two staff members will be required to make an onsite visit and needs analysis for your company. The SLA consultation is a free visit and will enable us to better assess your needs and create contract options that will best fit your business. All services are 1 hour minimum and continue on at 15 minute increments.
Depending on service times and location there may be a travel charge assessed.
