How to: Set up an Email Account in Entourage

1. Open Entourage.
2. Click the Entourage menu, select Account Settings.
3. Click the Mail tab then click New.
4. The setup wizard will begin, type the assigned email address, and click the right arrow.
   Note: If the the configuration returns the Automatic Configuration Failed error, click the right arrow button.
5. Type the incoming and outgoing mail servers, click the right arrow.
6. Click verify my settings, click the right arrow once the settings have been verified. 
7. Verify the two check box's are checked and type Cox Email in the account name field. Click finish to complete the set up process.
