Purpose:
This document describes how to use the Online Support Center provided by SoCal Computer Security & Networking, Inc. By providing a web based method of submitting and tracking the support requests of our clients, we hope to provide a faster response and resolution in to your issue.

Instructions:All support requests to SoCal Computer Security & Networking, Inc. should be submitted through our Support Center for quicker resolution. To submit support requests, you have two options.

1. Email your request to support@socalcompsecure.com. The email will automatically be logged and you should receive an automated response.
2. You can submit support requests via the Internet by logging into the Support Center at http://www.socalcompsecure.com/support-center/

2. Click "Forgot Password?" on the left hand side.
3. Enter your e-mail address and click "Send Confirmation".
4. After receiving your confirmation code via email, fill in the information under "Have a Confirmation Code?" This includes setting up your own new password.

If you have not been setup, please register at: http://www.socalcompsecure.com/support-center/index.php?x=&mod_id=7. After your identity has been confirmed, you will be sent a login password to be used with your email address and then you can continue to submit any support requests. 

If you have been assigned the Administrative privilege for your company, then you will be able to see all pending issues for your company, otherwise you will only see issues for which you submitted. 

We encourage you to use the knowledgebase prior to submitting a support request when possible. We hope that the knowledgebase documents provided will also provide you with any needed answers.
